Remote Surveys and Studies through the Autonomous DEVSS System
The DEVSS is an electric vehicle equipped with marine or aerial thrusters, which can be remotely controlled or programmed for autonomous missions, with or without human supervision.
- It operates on surfaces up to 500 meters and consists of a stainless steel tubular core mounted on two neoprene inflatable floats, ensuring its buoyancy on water.
- It is designed to accommodate a waterproof case and additional devices such as: Multibeam sonars, Cameras, Scanners, Echo sounders, DVL (Doppler Velocity Log), etc.
- Additionally, it is designed to integrate a semi-autonomous monitoring and environmental analysis system. However, its features make it suitable for multiple applications, including visual or acoustic seabed data acquisition.
